The Beverly Hills, CA Condominnium Market Report is published... I have been so busy with six Escrows, four of which have closed and two are in their investigation phase... at the same time I am negotiating two other transactions, so I have been slow in focusing on my Blogging and particularly the Beverly Hills Condominium Market.
So with that said let's see how it fared...
As you can see inventory has improved a bit, but it is still very tight:
As you can see the median Sales Price has not slowed down either:
We anticipate more price increases and a more competetive buyer's market....
