Katie and Ryan Find the Right Consultant

Here's a quick note to let you know how I can help you or anyone you might refer to me. 

                Katie and Ryan couldn't sell their home.  A year had passed and the listing expired because their Realtor had listed their asking price too high.  Katie and Ryan still wanted to sell their house, but with the assistance of another Realtor. 

                I'd helped Ryan's uncle sell his house nine months ago and he introduced me to the couple.  At our Initial Consultation, I started by demonstrating that I wasn't just a salesperson for the transaction ­­- I was a consultant for life.  We then discussed the various ways I'd successfully market their home, and I told them that before I suggested an asking price, I'd research their area and find out what similar homes were selling for, based on the current market.  Two days later I listed their house and within the month, we sold it for their new asking
