There is nothing like the smell of new.
New car, new boat or 4 wheeler.
And nothing tops it like a brand NEW home.
So if you are thinking of a new home there are a lot of things to consider.
But, here are the big ones.
Location. Are there building sites in the area you want.
Builder. If you have chosen a builder can he build in the area you want to build?
Time Frame. It can take a couple of months or more to even break ground...do you have that time to wait along with the 60-90 days of finish the build?
Do you have enough money down for the financing?
These are hard questions.
But they are important ones.
Miss a step and it could take a lot longer!
