It's been a wonderfully busy June as you can tell by the number of

Too Lates in my ad.

July will be also be busy getting these to settlement plus taking on new listings.

But this is not the time to slow down. This is not the time to cut back on blogging. This not the time to take a break from advertising. This is not the time to get lax with the radio show.

When busy and productive ...we need to continue to market.

When you are on a roll and have a lot to do,

make sure you continue to market yourself.

You might have to turn some clients down or put them on a waiting list.

If you want buyers and sellers year round, consistency is key.

Reminds me of a book title "Dig The Well BEFORE You're Thirsty"
