Real Estate Scam in Florida?

North Redington Beach Florida Condos for Sale

Yesterday I wrote about a couple in Florida who paid $458,000 for a condo at Ram-Sea in North Redington Beach in a foreclosure auction. Today the Tampa Bay Times has a follow-up story that an emergency motion has been filed stating in part that the couple's money should be returned due to "unauthorized conduct, misconduct and fraudulent acts."

We sympathize with the couple. How were they to know this would happen? That this could happen?

Nevertheless they may be out of money for legal fees to get their $458,000 back. Like I wrote about yesterday there is one condominium currently for sale in Ram-Sea for $524,999 on the day and time of this posting.

Whether or not buyers work with a realtor (R) is their prerogative but in most cases it does not cost buyers to work with a realtor (R) as we are compensated by the seller. Furthermore a phone call or email to one of us is practically free.

Like I mentioned yesterday there is currently one condo that is listed for sale in Ram-Sea Condo. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and its listing price is $524,999. There are four other condos for sale in North Redington Beach, Florida listed from $756,800 to $1,095,000.

If you would like any information about real estate in the North Redington Beach Florida area or throughout Tampa, Florida call me directly at 727-376-0530.
