WHERE IS MY PHONE?!?!?!?!?

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with WHISPERING PINES REALTY 20398180

Well, I think we all have had this happen.

We reach for our phones only to find them NOT there.

Maybe you had just left a dine.

Or a department store.

Your heart sunk to the pit of your stomach because you just spent $600+ 2 weeks ago.

Well, the heart reacts to that and here is an illustration of your heartbeat...

Pretty funny, William. It really IS a moment of panic when you don't know where your phone is.

William Feela - My heart looked just like that last photo on more than one occasion. I remember the very first time I had my cell phone stolen. It was shortly after I purchased it and it happened inside a restaurant. I placed my phone next to my plate in case it rang. The waiter was acting very peculiar and kept trying to remove my plate and clean up the table the whole time. It was very suspicious and I should have walked out but I stayed. When it was time to leave, my cell phone was missing and so was the waiter. We kept waiting to get our check and finally when I asked for the check, nobody knew what happened to the waiter. Turns out someone in the back room said he quickly slid out the door and quit. There wasn't anything the police could do or the manager. I never did get it back.

That is horrible Patricia Feager - no excuse for that. The restaurant should have replaced it.  I never take my phone out when I am dining ... it sits in my purse.  I am just not that trusting.

William Feela - mine fell out of my purse at a restaurant. I called them from another phone when I got home. They said they couldn't find it. I drove back to the restaurant, luckily no one was sitting in my booth, and I found it wedged between the seat and the wall.

Panic. Frustration. Elation. My blood pressure got a workout that day.

William I did lose my phone while out hiking a few months back and my heart and brain did go a little wonky at first. But then I figured - hey it's not that big a deal. Thankfully a kind soul picked it up and when we called my number he said - I'm at the fire station come on over and get your phone!  Turns out I know the guy from years ago - small world.
