Sacramento County experienced a -20% decrease in number of homes listed FOR SALE in June 2017 vs. the same month a year ago.
For the same period there was a -7.8% decrease in homes SOLD. Pending Sales increased 11.3%.
Interest rates continue to remain reasonably low. For those able to find suitable homes, it's a GREAT time to buy.

Hey Myrl, I've not yet written my piece yet on the Sacramento market, but here is a tidbit that you may like to know. The median sales price in June for Sacramento moved from $389,000 to $400,000. Seems like just yesterday our median topped $300K, LOL. Now it is $400,000. Our affordability index is in the toilet.
