I do not know who started this or when they first named July 21 , as ' National Junk Food Day ' . I just read it in the carrier Pigeon , a monthly free magazine that I receive. Check out www.theuptightsuburbanite.com. It is interesting to see that they have something for each day of the month of July . Gita, there was a day I would say - YIPPEE, but eating a bit better these days.
I am trying to stay away from junk food... and I might add it is very HARD to do :)
