The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Berkley neighborhood are going to range from approximately 3500 to 5800 square feet. Built by GL Homes, well known in southeast Florida, the first homes will be delivered in April/May 2018. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 3 bedrooms while the larger floor plans have a 5-bedroom layout with one model putting the master bedroom on the main floor. There are 2 single story and 2 2-story models to chose from at Berkley.
Standard lot sizes are 75 x 140 with some larger home sites available. Water and non-water views are available.

What's Going On Near The Berkley Neighborhood?
Berkley is located in west Boca Raton close to South County Regional Park. This amazing park has an amphitheater, Canine Cove Dog Park, Coconut Cove Water Park, Osprey Point Golf Course, multi-purpose fields, Daggerwing Nature Center, basketball, baseball, volleyball, tennis, softball, water ski school and much, much more.
West Boca Medical Center, a major hospital, is located approximately 4 miles from the community, as well as just about every kind of conceivable shopping nearby.
Mission Bay shopping Center, Westwinds Shopping Center and Shadowood Square are all minutes from the community. There is everything from a Fresh Market to a supermarket, pharmacy, banking, dry cleaners, Home Depot, Best Buy, Starbucks, movies, restaurants and more.
In the evenings, you may want to have some great food at Dominic's and then catch a movie at Shadowood. Or head to Town Center mall for lunch and some shopping. There are several good restaurants in and near the mall. One of my favorites is First Watch in Boca Raton.
Schools, houses of worship, attractions, beaches and recreation are all located within proximity of Berkley. There is easy access via the Florida Turnpike to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Miami International Airports.
