Obama Heading To Tampa Bay Area

Obama is heading to the Tampa Bay Area next week. Normally I do not comment on the Presidential Race, but considering the fact that we voted in this state and we are NOT being counted, it is time that I write something about it.

Obama wants the Florida delegates. That is understandable. What is NOT understandable is that once again Florida has done something that should not have happened. When we KNEW that the votes would not count, why did we continue on this rocky road to changing the date that we vote in this state? I don't get it...........

Rather than having Obama and Clinton still fighting over who will represent the Democratic Party, if Florida had stuck to the rules of the contest, the Democratic Party would already have someone to represent them. Why is it so difficult to stick to the rules?

We adults constantly tell kids to stick to the rules and then we bend and twist them to fit our current needs! I will be glad when there is ONE Democrat running against the ONE Republican that has ALREADY been chosen!!!

this next election will be very interesting to say the least.  regardless if you're democrat republican or independent ... I can only imagine what my great grandmother would be thinking right now

I still can't understand how they did not count Florida!  Politicians want their cake and eat it too!

Florida wanted to be in the spot light and not in the crowd.  Now we are in the spot light as idiots!  AGAIN!  Be careful what you wish for!   God help us.

I am happy that the parties did not succumb to the pressure of Florida or Michigan.  They played by the pre-existing rules.  It's unfortunate, but respectable.

Barbara-Jo - It's infuriating. Boston Legal had an episode a few weeks ago where they sued the DNC for not letting the voters be heard.
