CDMP (Community Development Mortgage Program)- purchases only

- Financing at 98% with ability to use non-profit down payment assistance or gift funds for the 2% down.

- NO FICO score requirement and no loan limit

- Only need ONE year on the job for wage earners or self employed

- Only need two years out of foreclosure and one year out of bankruptcy

- The rate is always a HALF POINT LOWER than conventional conforming rates for a 30 year fixed  - 5.5% today

CDMP has NOT been doing any 5% reductions in the LTV due to declining markets

- There are income limitations for each county on this loan

- This is a conventional loan that is only available through the retail side Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. This is a bank portfolio loan.
