Home Prices in Mission Viejo 7/16/2017
This week’s report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 4.9 percent, for new homes down 4.1 percent and for resale condos up 7.1 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 1.6 percent and down 4.9 percent on condos and down 5.6 percent for new homes.
•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 7.3 percent and the sales volume is down 22.6 percent.
•Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 3.5 percent and the sales volume is up 1.2 percent.
•Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 9.1 and the sales volume is down 12.4 percent.
•Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 14.0 percent and the sales volume is up 9.6 percent.
•Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are down 1.4 percent and the sales volume down 14.3 percent.
•San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 7.1 percent and the sales volume is down 25.4 percent.
•San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 18.6 percent and the sales volume is down 5.7 percent.
We are seeing the market come to a slow slow down. It is now quite obvious the market forces are to come to a balance and it may even over shoot and go negative.
