You asked for it, so here it is. My new weekly feature of "Pools that make you say *WOW* ". Well maybe a few if you even said "no more pools" but that just made more want to share these even more. This weeks pool comes from a New Bank Owned Listing that has been closed up for 5 years.
The AMAZING part of this In ground pool is that it was covered. The cover remained in place. The home got many offers and sold within the week. After closing I accompanied the buyer to give them the keys and grab my lock box and sign. The pool guy was there waiting for her, so why not grab some pictures for my new blog series.
Here it is, the first ever known to man, " the coffee pool". Well that is what the water looked like. It was black but clear.
When the sun came out from the clouds we could see the bottom clear as day. The reflection did not allow any good close ups though. For $1000 the pool gut "peeled" the mat of moss like material from the bottom. I was disappointed there was nothing swimming in it. The liner was intact, no trees growing in this one. But there was some aquatic plants he said you most often find in large fish tanks.
And there you have it, week 1 in the books. I can not wait for week 2. How about you?

This blog is brought to you by my now infamous message, that a Buyer or Seller should not choose just any agent, choose the BEST agent for the job. My philosophy is simple, provide more personal and professional service to guide my clients through each step of the buying or selling process. All Agents are not created equal and every buyer or seller should take the time to hire the BEST not just the biggest. Those that hire me, find a dedication like no other. and for some, a seat next to me for an hour in the future watching the sun and surf. It is the best way to boost energy and produce more.
