Even with continuing low inventory, Brown Farm has been more active this year than in the last several years. Buyers continue to show interest in the neighborhood despite rising prices, and homes, when they do become available, sell quickly and at a premium.

 

Homes have sold well in Brown Farm so far this year - there have been 26 sales, ranging in price from a low of $250,000 to a high of $389,900, with a median price of $342,750 and an average price of $338,391. For some perspective on what has been happening to prices in the neighborhood, slightly over two years ago, the median price in Brown Farm was $222,500 and the average price was $226,363. Market performance has been very good - average days to get an offer was 17 and average days on the market was 43.
