Westchase Fort Collins CO Homes for Sale

 

Home sales in Westchase have been limited so far this year, almost certainly because of a shortage of available inventory - there have been 11 sales, ranging in price from a low of $360,000 to a high of $917,000, with a median price of $434,900 and an average price of $492,027. Market performance was excellent - the average days to offer was 8 days and average days on the market was 40. The sale price/list price ratio for these 11 homes was 99.5%, indicative of a strong seller's market and high buyer demand.
