Rapid City Area Statistics for May 13, 2008

As of May 13, 2008, there are 1240 residential properties listed for sale. So far this year 579 residential properties have sold, 241 have expired (the property didn't sell and the listing contract ran out), and 334 have been withdrawn from the market.
