Crisis Averted! Tomorrow - July 28 Is System Administrator Day by Silicon Valley REALTOR Michelle Carr Crowe
If you work out of an office, there's a good chance you have a System Administrator who is behind the scenes in keeping everyone's equipment working. A System Administrator is the person in charge of the IT Team, and all that they work on. They make sure that all our connections are secure, that our internet is running smoothly, our systems are not compromised for cyberattacks, and keep the always needed printer-network online. You may not always see them, but the work they accomplish and do is what makes it possible for us to do our jobs easier.
Sometimes we get frustrated with our tech-- demanding it speed up or do what we need them to do! Even if you're that kind of peron (like me), we need to recognize the constant effort their job requires. The cyber world is constantly changing and it's because of them that our online security stays strong as well as up-to-date. They are always learning to keep up with the trends so they can keep our operations safe. Giving them a genuine thank you is the least we can do. So try to find whatever control room they're in or desk they're under tomorrow so they know their efforts are appreciated!
