Hi Michael - I get a lot of people here in Nashville that move for a better job, or to be near their family, but I also get a lot of self employed people who move here because of no state income tax. The same thing is happening in Washington state.

I had one lady tell me that she was paying more in state taxes in California than the mortgage on her Million dollar home in Tennessee cost her.
