The Value of Being Mentored (Part 2)

My current mentor is Dr. Wess Pinkham from Marina del Ray, California.  He is a Creative Conflict Management and Communication Expert.  He is the Dean of Doctoral Studies in my doctoral program.  I have learned how to think in new creative new ways as he has modeled and imparted into me how the who comes before the what.

In other words, people are the most valuable resource we have.  People come before things!

That's why I love the Active Rain community.  You are agents for every aspect of real estate! 

It's all about all of you creative people who are encouraging, supportive and caring!
