How BIG is Your Presence in Your MLS? Important?
Do your Peers know who you are?
How effective is your networking?
It has lately been brought home to me that an Agent's presence and rapport among those in our respective communities, including our own MLS Association is important.
I believe the 80/20 rule applies here. That "rule" states that 20% of the Agents do 80% of the business. I believe the actual numbers for this rule may be more like a 90/10 ratio.
I have nearly 30 listings that are not known to most of the Agents in my market. I am planning on making a campaign to make the most productive Agents aware of me, my listings and my marketing. I am a shy guy who is not accustomed to tooting my own horn or being in the limelight. This will be somewhat of a difficult chore, especially since I am not a social media guru.
This 11.37-acre lot with enormous boulders and Pinon Pines listed at $400,000 will not sell until I get it shown to the right people -- starting with my own MLS which has nearly 1,900 members.
This lot is one of the most picturesque lots in all of Prescott and Williamson Valley. The lot has numerous Pinon Pine trees and some of the biggest boulders in Yavapai County.
This lot is in the well-planned and gated community of Wikutepa and is located west of American Ranch and Mint Creek. The property abuts The Prescott National Forest on the west. East edge of lot is adjacent to Cougar Canyon Road. All the roads leading to the lot are paved.
Any suggestions you may have about how to move forward with this agenda will be greatly appreciated.
