Localism, why aren't you buying...this is the time!

To all you perspective customers/buyers. Why are you afraid to buy? The market is low, the interest rates, are low, FHA programs are so good right now.

Why are you all afraid? You can get some of the most wonderful deal's right now. There are so many out there.

Karen, too many first time buyers will wait until prices start soaring again in future years, and then try to play catch-up.

There is also a lot of money available to FT buyers. Check with lenders and see.

It's a shame that they don't understand that we are here trying to help them. So many feel we are just out to make the commission. I for one, just want to help my customer's...

How are you my friend? I have a full time mortgage broker in my office...he's up to date...It's just frustrating to see the general public not taking advantage of the situation at hand...and to see the investor's cleaning up pretty much everything affordable by most of the first home buyers. Thank's for posting.
