There are times on your success journey that you will need an extra boost . . . . to keep you going . . . . and moving in the right direction. 

Lou, very wise advice and I agree with you. We must first believe in ourselves and truly know ourselves in order to succeed. There are a lot of ups and downs on the journey and even on the days we want to give up our faith and enthusiasm will keep us going.

When I have a down week, month etc - it is important to focus on what I have accomplished - to find that faith in my self that I can keep plugging away and ultimately break through that down period!
