If you are near Chicago, or will be attending the NAR meetings in Chicago in early November, stay tuned for updates on the AR meetup that is being planned. We had a great time in Orlando last year! Yes, it will be cold but the good times are worth braving the chill!

Fellow Rainers - mark your calendars now for our 2nd Annual Meet Up at the NAR Convention in November, in Chicago, IL! I know what you are thinking...November - isn't this a little early to ask?
But our Orlando, FL meet up last year was so much fun that I would love to start the ball rolling for another.

You will note that this meet up is called the CRS/NAR Conference...I added the CRS Conference as it begins just before the NAR Conference and here is the initial information provided by our CRS site:

Join us in Chicago, IL in November 2017 to network, get the latest industry news and product information, and be a part of the committee meetings for the Council of Residential Specialists. The CRS Annual Business Meetings are held in conjunction with the NAR Conference & Expo so CRS members active on NAR committees or with state lobbying initiatives can participate in both meetings and take advantage of the NAR trade exposition and other programs.

Jeff Dowler - I just may have to consider a trip to the NAR Conference. It will give me a good opportunity to attend a great conference and visit with my sister and her family too, plus see the old neighborhood where we grew up. I was one of those kids who got to see from the back porch the John Hancock being constructed when it started in 1964. My house number was 825 North on a different street but John Hanock has a nearby address of 875 North Michigan Avenue.

If for any reason I can't attend, I wish you all the very best conference with great company of AR friends too!

Just imagine Debbie Reynolds - not sure besides you, me, Lisa, Evelyn Johnston and Larry Johnston (Evelyn and Larry I think are helping plan), but consider all the Chicago friends who immediately come to mind - Noah, Gene, Alan, Margaret, Wayne, Lyn, maybe Corrine - and others not too far away).

Hi Patricia Feager - that would be such fun if you could be there. Keep in mind that CRS will be holding the annual Sellabration Convention Feb. 5 - 6, 2018 in Dallas (actually the Gaylord Texan Resort). We will certainly be planning something then, too!
