South Riding Mid Week Update 7/22/2017 - 7/24/2017

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. there are currently 30 homes for sale. 4 homes new to the market; 1 undisclosed sale condos, 2 traditional sale town  homes, & 1 traditional sale detached  homes. 6 homes received a contract; 2 traditional sale condos, 2 traditional sale town  homes, & 2 traditional sale detached  homes.  4 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale condos, 2 traditional sale town homes, & 1 traditional sale detached  homes.  There are 1 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update
