Postlets Gallery Feature

I love the Postlets gallery feature that I learned about a while back but just finally set up:  http://virginiabeachbuysellrent.postlets.com/.  One complaint though, I handle rental properties as well and the rental listings that I have created do not show up in the gallery.  Is anyone able to get rentals to show?  -Mark

Are postlets searchable by google or are they considered graphics? Can you change the heading or do you have to use the town and state?

Hello Susan, I think the heading is set as you enter the location and Postlets maps the address for you.  If I Google "2219 Oak street virginia beach" my AR post show 1 and 2, but the postlet is 7th.  -Mark

I have more success with inbedded link to my HomeRentals website in the postlet property description with wording to view additional photos and floor plans on my website.

I have never subscribed to the idea of rentals and sales on the same website - so depending on the # of rental homes you handle, you may want to consider a stand alone rental site with link to your sales and vice versa.

Sales prospects coming to our area and who can't find a home to purchase, quickly abandon the Realtor they may have seen property with and look on Craigslist to find a rental home.
