Here is a snap shot of how The Nehemiah Program works in conjunction to the home selling and buying process…

1. Buyer realizes that they would like the have the benefits of homeownership and contacts his local Realtor via his website. Ex: www.MattYogerst.com or www.BrokerBryant.com, etc..

2. Buyer goes to get pre-approved, but finds out that they can no longer get 100% financing… Smart Real Estate Agent says “I know something that could help you out. The Nehemiah Program is a great…"

3. Buyer and Seller reach a contractual agreement that involves the Seller providing funds to The Nehemiah Program, and The Nehemiah Program giving funds to the Buyer (Your Real Estate Agent should know the details on what is needed in the offer to purchase)

4. Work through contingencies (if any) and proceed to closing (if all is well)
