The Las Vegas Valley has seen a busy housing market this summer with fewer existing homes. Century Communities has several move-in ready homes in different neighborhoods that they have developed and launched a new sales promotion – Summer of Century Giveaway.

Meadow Ridge is a gated community located in the northwest section of Las Vegas that offers one and two-story homes. The move-in ready home is a two-story 3,609 square feet home that includes five bedrooms, 4 ½ baths and a three-car garage. There is a bedroom suite on the first level and the home includes many upgrades such as flooring upgrades, maple cabinetry, quartz countertops in the kitchen and a covered extended patio. This home is priced at $499,990 when using Century’s preferred lender.
Westmount is a neighborhood in southwest Las Vegas and has two model homes offered for a quick move-in. They are both two-story homes and are being offered at a reduced price as part of the promotion. There is one home that is 1,532 square feet priced at $329,990 and the second is 1,996 square feet at $359,990 – both homes are highly upgraded and professionally decorated plus fully landscaped.
Monte Lucca in the beautiful luxurious Lake Las Vegas is offering one move-in ready residence. This home is one-story and offers 2,700 square feet – with three bedrooms, a den and all types of options included. There is a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, a 48 inch built-in refrigerator and extended garage to name a few.
Bottom Line – Century Communities summer promotion is a great deal for either first-time home buyers or those that are looking to upgrade to their dream home.
