Ok...... our local governmental elections are finally over. We are very aware that the total outcome wasn't what a lot of folks necessarily wanted, and respect the fact that we now must work within the framework we are now obligated to work within. Many of the candidates endorsed by local agents were defeated. That is how it is friends. So what now? The results of the election are important and certainly will affect our futures in brokerage. The mayor of College Station has invited the real estate community to a coffee in a week. This may be a start to help soothe some tensions many of our profession have experienced over the last couple of months. We strongly encourage others in our porofession in College Station, to attend this meeting. May be an opportunity for all who attend, to learn something.
