This lakefront property, in what I have described as a parklike setting is now a vacation home to two couples who’ve been looking to buy a lake property together for MANY years!
They found this by doing an online search and my Fishhawk Lake area popped up so they headed up that day to check out the area on Memorial Day Weekend.
They found this beautiful property and without hesitation said, "Let’s do it!" I had the distinct pleasure of representing these four fine folks as well as the grateful sellers and it was a seamless process.
A final walk-through this week sealed the deal and we recorded yesterday!
Please welcome Mike and Karen Fitzgerald, Patti Sanders and Don Hobart—they can’t wait to get up here this weekend and put their own stamp on it!
