Fruit Dip

Beat 1-8 ounce package of cream cheese, 1 jar of marshmallow creme, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 teaspoon grated lime peel and a dash of ground ginger together in a bowl. Dip fresh or dried fruit in and enjoy!

Dawn, that sounds good. I"m going to try it. One of my favorites is very easy too :

Open one package of cream cheese - 8 oz -- let it soften for a while in a medium bowl with high sides. Pour about 1/2 to 2/3rd's of a jar of your favorite chunky salsa on top.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Alisa - I LOVE the salsa and cream cheese recipe. You can also do the same with any chutney over cream cheese. Happy cooking!
