There were 8 homes sold in this very narrow category of stick built, single family homes located in the City limits of Minot (this seems way out of whack for this time of year, and it’s the third week in a row of declining sales in this narrow sample). Of the homes that closed this week the average days on market was 174, another BIG step in the wrong direction for the third week in a row (however 3 of the properties were listed, expired, and listed again. One for 523 days). Over all homes sold much SLOWER and for less money per square foot this week. Intentionally omitted from this report is a home flooded in 2011 which has sat vacant till this time and sold for $20,000.

There were 8 homes sold in this limited category. The most expensive home sold for $507,704. and it was on the market for 139 days. The least expensive home sold for $73,000. and it was on the market for 91 days. Average days on market for the 8 homes sold was 174.
