Jamie, I guess (hope) that this is a good sign, although from what you have described it may just b an extraordinary development!  Either way it was good to see!

I remember visiting the many available residential neighborhoods in 2002.  In order to buy new, we would have had to go into a lottery in order to get a lot.  Then their were many restrictions on what house you could put on that lot.  Premium lots were more, but surprise, they had nothing but premium lots.  We choose to stay in Missouri instead.  I was born in Mesa and raised in Ahwautkee so it isn't as though I'm not familiar with the area, just think I've acclimated myself to my new environment.
