For July 2017 there are no condos available for sale in the Edgewater Villas of Stuart FL.
There is one unit under contract at this time. This condo was listed for $345,000 which is $221.01 per sq. ft. of living area. This condo was on the market for 28 days before going under contract.
In the past 12 months, only one Edgewater Villas condo has sold. The sales price was $340,500 which equals $218.13 per sq. ft. of living area. This condo sold for 98% of the list price and went under contract 84 days after it was listed.
About the Edgewater Villas Condominiums:
Just west of Historic Downtown Stuart and on the shores of the Saint Lucie River lies the Edgewater VillasCondominiums. This complex consists of two waterfront buildings of four stories on over 2 acres that were built in 1976. These are luxury condos with either two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious 1,561 sq. ft. of air conditioned living area or 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms with 1,684 sq. ft. There are only four condos per floor in these buildings.
This community offers deep water docks which are just west of the Roosevelt Bridge and the City of Stuart docks and mooring fields. There is a large heated pool as well as a clubhouse with a kitchen, billiard room as well as a common area member’s room.
The current condo fees (as of Dec. 2015) were $530 a month and this includes basic cable TV, landscape/lawn, manager, recreation facilities, roof repair, trash and water and sewer fees. Up to two large pets are permitted for each unit and rentals are allowed with some restrictions.
These Edgewater Villas Condos are very conveniently located and residents can easily walk to downtown Stuart as well as shops on US-1 (Federal Hwy).
All ages are welcome and children living here currently attend the JD Parker Elementary School, Stuart Middle School, and Jensen Beach High School.
