Snores and S’mores in Carlsbad is August 12 and 13, 2017
The annual and very popular Carlsbad Snores and S’mores will take place in just a couple of weeks, just one more thing on the list of other fun things to do in Carlsbad in the Summer.
Snores and S’mores family campout takes place from 5 pm until 9 am at the Aviara Community Park in South Carlsbad (check-in starts at 4 pm; tent set-up at 5). Parking is on-site.
You must purchase tickets in advance at $25 per person (3 and under are free) and can register online (Pre-sale only – no tickets at the event). There are fewer than 200 spots left as of this writing.
After you set up your tent, head over for a great feast (hotdogs, hamburgers, [veggie patties by request], potato salad, salad, coleslaw and chips), then enjoy some of the terrific games, face painting, crafts, and Bingo. At 8:15 it’s time for popcorn, s’mores and an outdoor movie (family friendly of course). Lights are to be out at 10:30.
Start your Sunday morning with a continental breakfast in the morning followed by a hike before heading home.
