Dow Hits Another Record High. Can This Trend Last?

While I am busy floating rates for my buyers who's closings are out more than 30 days the Dow looks as if it is floating its way toward 22,000.  Yes the Dow managed to set yet another record today as the S&P 500 idled and the tech heavy NASDAQ sputtered once again.  Ol remained above $50 per barrel today completing a solid 9% gain during the month of July.  This enough to give tightwads reason to stay home this summer.  The Dow gained 60 points today.
