Days on market fell by 40 days when compared to June 2016.

Jennifer what an interesting Market Report with the shortening of the Days on Market I would have expected the prices to increase? What do you attribute it to the price drop? Endre

Endre the lower price points are selling very fast, while certain higher range are moving slowly.  This is because the area does not have enough jobs to support purchase in those range, buyers have to come from out of the area.
