Condo sales have not slowed down a bit since our last report. Buyers need to be ready to jump! There were 7 sales in the $400-500k range last month and the average market time for all 7 of those sales was only 6 days. It's no wonder the median sales price was $418,000.

After 218 days on the market the last townhome sold in Roscoe Village. Townhomes are now sold out! There were a few listings that cancelled over the past two months, so we might see them come back to the market. The home that closed sold for $1,210,000.

Housing Type: Single Family Roscoe Village
The single family homes are still enjoying a seller's market. We have been watching the inventory drop among the $1-2m homes all year. These homes have been a good mix of new and resale houses. Since the inventory has now dropped to a seller's market it is clear that the new construction was necessary to serve the demand for this neighborhood. The median sales price for single family homes was $1,201,500.
