I happen to be a lover of technology. There are so many creative tools out there for agents to help their own business stand apart from all the rest all while doing a great service for our clients. I've been dabbling in the world of drone photography for a little over a year now and I have to say that it really makes my property listings stand out and get my clients the attention their property diserves.
We just closed on a property in an area where I did not see one agent use drone photography however the community is surrounded with some fantastic views of the mountains and horse properties with acerage. It got our house viewings immediately and in escrow in just 4 days while others in the area just sat there.
By leveraging technology and becoming a saavy marketer you will impress your clients and get referrals.
