Finally got my smart phone!

Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Classic Homes

Technology is great, now when I'm out with a client, and we drive by a home with a sign, I can go onto the mls- on my phone, and let my clients know all the details of the home they're looking at. And, when our MLS ever adopts the new lockboxes with the infrared technology, I won't have to carry my key anymore.

I have always considered myself to be pretty technologically savvy, but taking the e-Pro course is one of the best things I ever did. You might know about technology, but do you know how to use it?

My first goal in my technology plan of action was the smart phone.

Next a tablet pc, so I can present and get the contract signed right on the screen.

And of course there's my website, which is seriously lacking in content. I need to get to work on that too.

I highly recommend the e-Pro course to any agent who wants to stay in front of all of those prospects out there. They're all looking on the web, and you better be there. And not just with a pretty site, but with lead capture tools on your site.

Last but not least, don't forget to offer your clients the option of texting you as a contact method. It's less disruptive for most people.

Kara, Good for you!  It is very important to keep up with technology these days.

Kara......technology is sooo great and we can make out lives so much easier because of it.  The e-PRO class provides a wealth of information.  congratulations on taking your first step.

I just picked up my smart phone about two months ago. So far I've been able to use it for several listings when out previewing homes with a client, it's a great tool.
