Plan? What Plan?

Gearing up for any situation requires a plan, right? So where do you begin? What are your objectives? Well when you are clear on your vision, the details of a plan will just start to fall into place. Hey we have all heard that it is 'not about the destination but it's about the journey'. Are you enjoying where you are at in your life or just focused on what you should have or what you should accomplish? Yes, achieving these goals requires much patience my friends (which I am still working on these challenges myself).

What did you feel when you first started assuming the role you are in now? Without clarity you will create insanity. Stop for a second...breathe...breathe..what do you want to accomplish?? Is your belief system such that you are firm on that goal? Only YOU have that power to control what you want. How would you describe your deserve level? That will determine the level of your commitment and how and when your plan will be implemented. So...where do you begin? Guess what? You just did...now get going!!!!!!

I have taken multiple paths in life but you must always remember to enjoy the journey.

Plan, but act.  There are a lot of plans that never get acted upon.

Great timing, before I left for Momentum I set appointments will all my agents for "Mid-Spring" business planning updates. That has been the last two very challenging days as every agent is different & many parts of the business are the same, an interesting formula.

Get planning, get implementing.

It all starts with discovering what it is you really want.  When people plan but don't act, it's usually because they don't start with the right goals.  When your goals are in sync with your beliefs and your true desires, it becomes much easier to follow your plan.

If someone is suffering from "failure to thrive" in our industry, it's probably because they have not set their own realistic goals, developed a plan and followed it.  It is only when we have the right view of what we are trying to accomplish (and why) that we become internally motivated to follow a plan -- any other approach requires external motivation, something that is short-lived at best.

I am a list maker. I get laughed at by my girlfriend because I always say, 'let's make a list!" As a list maker, I like being able to check things off that list as then and only then, do I know I have accomplished something. Only problem is that the lists sometimes get lost!:)

Jim - I noticed my "To Do List" on a list the other day.  It confirmed that I'm insane.
