There were 9 homes sold in this very narrow category of stick built, single family homes located in the City limits of Minot compared to 14 last week (a step in the wrong direction). Of the homes that closed this week the average days on market was 117, a small step in the wrong direction compared to last weeks 114 days. Over all homes sold a little slower and for a little more money per square foot this week.

Be sure to note the line above as this is a very restrictive report. There were 9 homes sold in this limited category. The most expensive home sold for $374,000. and it was on the market for 92 days. The least expensive home sold for $135,000. and it was on the market for 81 days. Average days on market for the 9 homes sold was 117. Of the homes sold the average price per square foot (total square footage) was $119.55.
