Home Prices in San Clemente 8/13/2017
This weeks report on home values for San Clemente and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a San Clemente Realtor Michael Albrecht. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 6.3 percent, for new homes down 2.1 percent and for resale condos up 8.5 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 9.7 percent and down 3.8 percent on condos and down 16.6 percent for new homes.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 7.8 percent and the sales volume is down 0.0 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 2.2 percent and the sales volume is down 9.6 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 6.4 and the sales volume is down 13.8 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 25.0 percent and the sales volume is up 4.3 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 14.6 percent and the sales volume down 11.5 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 23.5 percent and the sales volume is down 12.3 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 0.3 percent and the sales volume is down 7.4 percent.
Big change in the market again up then down each week. I would not have predicted the upward and then the down turn in such a short time.
