I did some research in the MLS and here is what I found on my community. (Medford, Ma)
Currently there are 90 single family homes on the MLS in Medford Mass, they range from 124,900 to 699,900 as of May 14, 2008.
Currently there are 82 condos on the MLS in Medford Mass, they range from 189,900 on Riverside ave. to 702,000 at Station Landing.
On the Multi Family front, there are 75 multi family homes on the MLS in Medford, the lowest priced two family starts at 299,888 and the highest multi on the MLS is on for 875,000 which is a 5-9 family on Linden St.
There are currently three pieces of land in Medford for sale on the MLS, starting at 100,000 on Landry rd, 139,900 on yale st, and lastly 275,000 on Mystic St.
