The homes in Landsdowne were constructed by Pulte and Richmond American homes between 1987 and 1989. The single family homes in the neighborhood range from 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms. All of the detached homes have a 1-2 car garage and some have fireplaces. While the majority of the single family homes have 3 levels there are some floorplans with 2 levels and some that are split level with 4.
