Delray Beach MeetUp...Our Biggest Yet!
We had fun!!! Way back in the way-back machine, I can remember a MeetUp where there were just 2 of us present. But, you know what...it was still fun.
No matter the number, whether it’s 3 or 13...it’s so much fun to catch up with those we’ve met before and new friends.
And, it’s fun to get everyone’s opinion on what’s going on with real estate in our area...bubble or no bubble. And what’s going on with our merging / emerging MLS’s?!
Phyliss Schneider, Grant Schneider, Elyse Berman, Thomas Schattie, Eileen Burns, Kathy Streib,Marco Giancola, Don Urschalitz, Lou Ludwig, Janice Zaltman, Nestor Gasset, Tristan Gasset, Katerina Gasset
Grant Schneider and Phyliss drove down from their Florida home and I know they’ll be back when it gets colder! Thank you to Marco Giancola who drove all the way up from Miami. BTW- if you want someone with style and creativity to redo your personal palace, I’d call Marco.
I had not seen Nestor & Katerina Gasset, and their son, Tristan, since our very first Meetup. Here he is in 2011! BTW- did you know that Katerina now has a company called DelegateMyTasks.com. Need a virtual assistant? Or...someone to help you with your social media??
Elyse Berman, PA, CRS, if you don’t already know, has the kindest heart, knows all of the pet-friendly properties. And when the weather is cooler and we can take advantage of the beautiful Evergren community, we’ll head north to Jupiter to see Donald Urschalitz.
If you haven’t read Lou Ludwig daily motivational, you should. He is a tremendous speaker on all things real estate.
Janice Zaltman is leading the way in being “green” and it was so good to see her again.
And Eileen Burns ’ middle name should be The Connector because that’s what she does. She brings people together who can work with each other. Today, she brought Thomas Schattie, VP Business Market Leader of City National Bank.
We’re ready for the next one!
