Education & Training with MyOutDesk

In this educational webinar, MyOutDesk CEO, Daniel Ramsey, talks to the Active Rain community about How to Hire, Train and Manage Your Virtual Assistant.

We have all gone through the struggles of the hiring process … and the cost of a bad hire can add up fast!

On the LIVE workshop this Tuesday at 10:00 AM PST, we will take a look at how to successfully build a team through proven hiring best practices.

You’ll learn strategies for finding and attracting the right hire with the right skills, the difference between talent and non-talent, compound leverage in the hiring process and much more.

Finding and matching clients with the right talent is what we do!  Let us show you how.

I've been working with virtual assistance the last two years, something I thought I'd never do but this sounds like a great way to ensure we maximize their potential.

I'll look for it in ActiveRain University for the replay since the podcast I host goes up against this tomorrow.

What do you all mainly use your VA's for? I recently shared a blog post about why you should hire an assistant before starting your own team, so I'm curious if I can update the post with any ideas for assistant tasks from the AR community.

My friend might be looking for a virtual assistant position to do from his wheelchair.

I will be interested if you can help me understand how I can use someone that is not even in my market and how do I train them to do what I need.

Interesting, but not sure how it works.
