On August 16, 2017, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values gained 1.7% to the price of $506,000 in July of 2017 from price of $500,000 in June of 2017, and jumped 8.6% from price of $465,000 in July of 2016. While, homes sales fell 22.3% in July of 2017 from June of 2017, and down 2.5% from July of 2016 in Los Angeles Metro, California.
There were 3.6 months supplies of available inventory of homes in July of 2017 increased from 2.9 months in June of 2017, but decreased from 3.9 months in July of 2016. An average it took 24.6 days to sell a home in July 2017, unchanged from 22.6 days in June of 2017, but dropped from 44.5 days in July of 2016 in Los Angeles Metro, California.
