Excellent post on homes with pools in Clarksville, TN. We love our pool and use it 9 months out of the year. We do not have many above ground pools usually in-ground..just goes to show you the differences in States across the country!

Good morning Debbie. There is always time to find the right home and enjoy what it has to offer. I'd love to jump into that pool right now. 

Debbie, having grown up with a pool at our house I sure do miss having one. Nothing like being able to relax on a hot afternoon poolside in your backyard. Anyone looking for a home with a pool in Clarksville needs to contact you - you'll find it for them!

I recall many fun afternoons by the family pool.  Great bonding experience for the family Debbie Reynolds .  In Santa Rosa, the swimming season is not very long and few homes have a pool.  Luckily we do nice lakes and rivers when it gets too hot. 

Debbie, I would imagine an in-ground pool would add cost to a home, I have heard they are costly to put in!  

I am sure that having a pool at a home for sale this time of the year makes it more desirable to prospective buyers!

There is nothing quite like a refreshiing pool to relax in on the warm days of summer.

Hi Debbie ---- this is a very good post for those looking for a home with a pool in Clarksville.  My first thought when I saw your title was that might not be an important consideration in your area but as the local expert you once again educated me on the advantages of a pool or a community pool for residents.  

I imagine that this type of information is especially important for those relocating to your area.   

Debbie it was very muggy where I am today, so a home with a pool like these would have made the day much more pleasant.

Good morning Debbie.  Almost everyone moving to Florida from up north wants a pool.  Until they've spent some time maintaining them.
