I'm glad to hear of someone with that attitude. i am dealing with several REO title companies who could care less. They feel like they are lockied in with the deals and they could care less whether anyone is happy with them. Funny how arrogant people get when they think they have the hammer. Realtors do the same thing when they get a long list of REOs to sell. I'll remember, if nobody else does.
