Class on "ACTIVE RAIN"

OK gang, this is a new one, my broker has asked me to give a class on ACTIVE RAIN. The class will be tomorrow. We will be live on here at 9am and I will be showing my company the ropes on here. This is pretty exciting. I have gotten several leads off of here and learned SOO MUCH! It is going to be great. If you have any tips you want me to go over let me know. Thanks!

I wish I was in Panama City....I'd be there!  My broker has gotten on AR recently and now he is fired up.  I'm running hard to stay ahead of him.....the competitive juices kick in!  I got my firstreal  referral the other day and that made things seem worthwhile...isstant gratification and all that.

The one thing I think should really be stressed is for agents to understand what they write here will be here forever and accessible by anyone, whether a Members Only post or not. Careful with the "my client is such a jerk" posts in other words ;-)

If your class time allows, an overview of blogging ettiquitte or NETTIQUITTE might be nice. 

As far as AR,  cover the way to post, way to post to localism, way to make a post members only, what the points and rankings mean, post and comment limits, AR paid ads through your AR account, and of course, the REFERRAL NETWORK.  Just some ideas.
